mce19 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mce19 ("mce19", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at mce19.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game, promotion or feature offered on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.4 One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, mce19 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any promotional balances. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mce19 account credentials, including your username and password. 3.2 Unauthorised Access

Any bets placed or transactions completed under your credentials prior to notification of unauthorised access are considered valid unless there is clear evidence of fraud not attributable to you.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their respective outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks. Accounts with active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will have the bonus portion of the balance forfeited upon closure.

3.4 mce19's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

mce19 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the player has provided false registration information, or that account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, any balance in the account may be withheld and subject to investigation.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on mce19 is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts depositing consistently large amounts.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your mce19 Wallet in real time. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account balance. mce19 does not charge any fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mce19 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your mce19 account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total qualifying wagers of ৳20,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash). Only wagers placed with bonus funds count towards the wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mce19 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedge bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, wagering on excluded games or markets to meet requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, mce19 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and close the account permanently.

5.4 Promotional Changes

mce19 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to its modification will be subject to the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, except where changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

6.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on mce19 are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. mce19 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement. Cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports covered on the Platform are subject to their respective rule sets.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event. mce19 accepts no liability for bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the market has been formally suspended or settled, where this results from a technological delay or a communications failure beyond our reasonable control.
